Issues of child prisoners in Pakistan and laws in the light of Islamic Sharia

Abstract

The prisoner children have to face many worries and problems although there are regulations & rules existing in Pakistan for their composition and facilitation needs to be revised and analyzed in the prevailing situation.
In spite of all legislation children are facing various problem that they Indulged in crimes or living with their mothers in jails.
It is dire need to point out the problems facing both types of prisoners and their solutions in the light of Sharia. This paper elaborate various social and logistic issues regarding the subject and will be helpful in promoting children rights and their protection.
