Abstract

Quran-e-Hakeem is the most authentic, free of errors book from Almighty Allah in Arabic language. Since the beginning numerous commentaries by scholars have been written in various languages but an unquenched need has always remained to understand the message of Almighty Allah completely. Even today translations in dozens of languages are being carried out. But to get the real essence of it, the scholars have compiled certain rules, conditions and guiding principles that need to be incorporated while translation work is being done in any language.
