Abstract

The honour of companionship of last Prophet s.a.w. is a divine blessing that was bestowed by Allah almighty to the sacred group of persons that is, in Islamic terminology, called Sahabah. A person namely Sarbatik from subcontinent claimed to be a Sahabi of the last Prophet s.a.w. and his claim was debated by Hadith and Seerah experts and majority of them decalred it unacceptable. This article differs from the famous opinion and proclaims that objections raised on his claim are inadequate. All doubts has been discussed in an analytical manner and has been struggleded to prove that his calaim is considerable. The article gives very novel and genuin information on unique topic of a person caliming to be a companion of Muihammad s.a.w.
