Abstract

Allah has created human being and gave him some commands to act upon those because of that he can become obedient .If we see the human necessities in depth we can notice that these necessities change with the change of time and circumstances. All commands of Allah almighty are compatible with human nature and inevitable compulsion not matched with Allah’s will. That is why due to change of time and circumstances commands of shariah must be changed. Therefore this strategy of changing in command starts from Adam (Father of all human being) and continuing up till now. In the era of Adam the marriage between brother and sister was permitted but after changing of circumstances this law become changed. During the storm of Prophet Nooh (A.s) the flesh of dead animals was permitted to eat but afterward it was banned. Shariah of Prophet Yaqoob(A.S) permitted to the real sisters can become the wives of a same man but afterward it was prohibited. Law about most of the things in Prophet Mosa’s shariah was strict one but this strictness was uplifted in the Shariah of Prophet Christ. Due to changing in time and circumstances changing arises in these topics. Therefore, by this study it become quite clear that by the changing in time and circumstances law must be changed. So binding and implementation lies to whom without any failure must consider the problem of current era and should presents their solutions in shariah perspective.
