Abstract

Human beings are the noblest among all creatures. Quran discusses men & women and does not mention the word Eunuch ((مخنَّث but the hadith elaborates on the third gender, which is called Eunuch. Beyond the gender reality, every human has equal rights to existence and mutual respect, and it is the fundamental right of every living being to be treated well, whether they are animals or humans. The Quran clearly says that every soul is the creation of the Almighty. "And they ask you concerning the Ruh (the Spirit); Say: The Ruh (the Spirit) is one of the things, the knowledge of which is only with my Lord. And of knowledge, you have been given only a little".
